4 Dance is a programme 4FS Introduced in 2013. We work closely with  primary school's to offer After School Dance Clubs, PPA and CPD Sessions.

Dance is a powerful tool and can have a huge impact on a Child progress and learning. Our Teachers offer high quality sessions in a safe and fun environment. 

Our Teachers are all Highly qualified at degree level and undergo regular training to ensure that they deliver the very best in a fun and safe environment. 

Our work also offers Gifted and Talented programmes and many performance opportunities with our main company. 

 

4 Dance Goals :

To boost confidence and self esteem 

To insure our sessions are Inclusive and Innovative

To use dance as a tool to teach transferable life skills such as; team building,  discipline and leadership skills.

 

'We have been using Alice and her dance company throughout the current school year and her knowledge, expertise and enthusiasm has been infectious.  After starting with our junior pupils she has expanded her club to cover the whole school and numbers have shot up.  Children talk about how much fun street dance is and enjoy seeing themselves progress under Alice's teaching.  Our dancers have performed routines for parents at open days and will continue to increase their profile. 

In addition to working with children Alice has also been delivering continuing professional development training for our teaching staff.  She delivered a very successful training event to show teachers from nursery to year 6 how they might use the principles of street dance to contribute to the dance aspects of the PE curriculum.  I would recommend her to any other schools.'
